Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered in 6 to 10 business days from the date of your order, free of charge across the UK. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Yes. Standard delivery is free on every order delivered within the UK, with no minimum spend. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes, BFPO addresses or outside the UK.

Yes. You can request a return within 30 days of delivery, using our Cancellation Form or by email. Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. If you change your mind, return shipping is paid by you; if your item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we cover it.
